A haven of tranquillity, warmth and sophistication, the property is perched on panoramic hill overlooking the old Etruscan city of Volterra, within a natural reserve with ample vegetation and many species of wild animals, such as deer, pheasants, hares and boars, living freely and undisturbed. The farmhouse dates back to the 19th century. It has been thoughtfully renovated and modernised, in order to become a comfortable, cosy house, with a full range of modern facilities and services, while still preserving its traditional characteristics. Casa al Bosco comprises four apartments. The largest one - Federico - has 8 places with possibility for 2 extra beds. Apartment Roberto has 4 + 2 places, Granaio can accommodate 6 + 2 guests and Cipresso is for 4 guests. Guests can enjoy excellent cuisine prepared from local products cultivated within the farm with traditional and natural methods.
